By creating an account and using Insta Automation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must own or be authorized to manage the Instagram Business or Creator account you connect, and must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram Community Guidelines.

3. What the service does

The Service receives Instagram comment and message events for your connected account and sends automated replies based on rules you configure. You are responsible for the content of those replies.

4. Acceptable use

• No spam, harassment, or abuse.
• No content that violates law or Instagram policy.
• No use to artificially inflate engagement metrics.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect damages.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
