Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Insta Automation collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Service.

Information we collect

• Account info: email and name you provide at sign-up.
• Instagram data: when you connect via Meta OAuth, we receive an access token, your account profile (username, account id), and webhook events for that account.
• Webhook events: comments and direct messages sent to your connected Instagram account, processed only to trigger automated replies you configured.

How we use information

• Authenticate you and provide the service.
• Send replies on your behalf to users who interact with you.
• Display activity logs in your dashboard.

Storage & security

Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Data is stored on AWS infrastructure. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Data retention & deletion

You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time from the dashboard, which removes the stored token. To request full account deletion, email sahilshukla1111@gmail.com.

Third parties

We use Meta's Instagram Graph API. Meta's privacy policy applies to data they hold: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
